You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To process your request, we may ask for:

- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Innerwear or intimate wear
- Perishable items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. Refund Process
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the order type and payment method.

7. Replacement
If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, the return policy will apply after delivery, if eligible.
9. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by us. In other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
